Mr. Martin has a background that has included 16 years in the financial services industry where he was a Vice President with one of the top ten banks in the United States.  For the last seven years he has been a Vice President and Project Manager with a leading computer software provider, where he led a team of over 100 analysts, programmers and quality assurance technicians.

Mr. Polson brings over twenty years of sales and customer service knowledge to MP Ventures.  He has been an owner/proprietor of a chain of specialty retail stores with a strong focus on quality customer service.  More recently, he has devoted his efforts to the mortgage lending industry, where his talents were utilized as an originator, underwriter, trainer and regional manager.  His expertise has been in the wholesale mortgage business where he has worked for some of the most active wholesale mortgage institutions in the United States and Australia.
